add a feature where customers can subscribe to recieve a custom message from the seller about what stock has been added to the shop via email, discord etc

Currently all notifications goes in one Discord channel which makes it hard to read them all, would be much convenient if we had separate channels for different types of notification.

Make it so you can turn them off and do them through discord or how ever you want to!

Currently you can see the product that was sold. But for products that have multiple variants, you cannot see which variant of the product sold. The only way you can know is by cross referencing the price. This is annoying and doesn't help when needing to prove certain purchase details when it comes to payment chargebacks. Adding the variant details on the order page would be handy.

Custom Sellpass Live chat instead of a third party like crisp. It could have a much better integration with the sellpass platform, fetch orders/email, issue replacement all in the live chat making support much more efficient and provide a much better support interface since the ticket system is old, slow and rubbish and using a less integrated third party sucks. This could be a great feature for the paid plans.

Right now you are limited to searching through orders solely by the sellpass order ID. Additional search properties like the following would help searching for unique orders alot easier; 'Search By Discord Username' 'Search by Custom Fields' 'Search by Email' 'Search by Delivered Goods' 'Search by IP Address'

Add a feature to blacklist discord accounts by their user id. This is important for buisiness that use discord integration or that sell discord roles. It’s hard to create alt accounts on discord because discord always requires phone verification from real sim numbers for creating a discord account since voip numbers don’t work And discord bans the sim number if they try to use the same sim number on a different discord account. This is why adding discord account blacklist is a good feature to add

Whenever you reply to a ticket, it automatically sends out the reply as a one line. Example: Hello. I am doing great today, thanks. If I send it like this, it sends out as: Hello. I am doing great today, thanks. Would be perfect if the messages would be sent out the way written.

it would be awesome to have google pay as a way to pay with card and send money just like CashApp

Make it so if they dispute then it will auto blacklist them
